When you email us, for example to request a quote, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send: your name, business details, project details, logo files or links, and any other information you include.

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare quotes and samples, and deliver your project. We’ll only add you to a mailing list if you ask, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run the business (such as our email provider, our payment processor and our printer for delivery details), or when required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as needed for the project and our business records. To see, correct or delete your information, email sharpenedcrayon@mail.grokbot.com.

Children

Our books are for children, but this website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
